| 摘 要： | 随着国家对交通基础设施的大规模投资建设，资金的监管变得尤为重要。鉴于此，就工程建设过程中重点阶段存在的实际变更情况以及变更原因进行了详细总结．并就如何进行监管以及如何组织工程变更审计提出了具体建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the national large-scale investment and construction of traffic infrastructure, fi- nancial supervision becomes more and more important. Given this, actual changes in the key stage of engineering construction and its reasons are reviewed in detail, and specific suggestions on how to make supervision and organize auditing for the engineering change are put forward. |
