| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了IGBT模块在两相斩波器上的应用。通过IGBT模块和GTR模块特性的比较分析，讨论了用IGBT模块设计两相两重斩波器的注意事项，试验结果证明了采用IGBT的设备在电流均衡等方面具有更加优越的性能。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the IGBT module used in two-phase direct current chopper is introduced. Through the feature comparison of the IGBT module and the GTR module, the designs attention of two-phase direct current chopper by the IGBT module is discussed. It is proved that the equipment used IGBT in the electric has a more superior performance, especially in aspect of current balanced. |
