摘    要:本文通过对城市轨道交通信号系统建设难点的分析,结合工程建设实际,从三方面对信号系统建设过程中重要的监理控制措施进行论述,分别对基于关键路径法(CPM)的进度管控措施、工程协调管控措施、贯通调试管控措施的有效性及实用性进行分析,指出城市轨道交通信号系统监理控制措施应富有科学性和创新性.

Abstract:The paper analyzed the construction difficulties of Signal System of Urban Traffic,combined with the actual construction,the important supervisory control measures were discussed through three aspects in the construction process of Signal System.The effectiveness of the progress control measures based on (CPM) approach,the project coordination measures and the connection commissioning management measures were analyzed and discussed respectively.The paper pointed that the supervision control measure should embrace science and innovation in the Signal System of Urban Traffic.
