| Abstract: | According to the starting plans of the thruster motors for the offshore supply vessels built in Wuchang Shipbuilding Industry Company Limited, the starting methods of marine AC high - power motor was summarized. The advantages, disadvantages and application range of the starting methods of auto-transformer, soft starting and frequency converter were comparative analyzed. |
