SUV整车噪声源识别与降低噪声的试验研究

摘    要:运用频谱分析法和近场声压测量法,测量了某SUV汽车在静置工况和动态工况下各测点声压级随发动机转速变化的规律。对比分析了整车表面的噪声分布情况,对产生汽车加速噪声的主要零部件进行了噪声源识别和分析。研究表明,风扇噪声、油泵噪声、油底壳辐射噪声是影响该车车外加速噪声的主要原因。针对各噪声源采取了不同的降噪处理,使整车加速噪声明显降低,最大降低了5dB(A)。

Abstract:Apply spectrum analysis and near field sound pressure measuring method to measure the change regularity of sound pressure level with engine speed under the condition of static and dynamic state.Compare the noise distribution of complete vehicle surface,and identify and analyze the noise resources produced by main components.The research results show that the fan,fuel pump and oil pan noises are the main factors of outer accelerating noise.The complete vehicle accelerating noise is obviously reduced by taking different measures,the maximum reduction value is 5dB(A).
