摘    要:针对牵引变电所高压电气设备的绝缘监测,分析现有预防性试验方法的不足。依据绝缘介质损失因素的物理和数学模型,测量基准电压和泄漏电流的相位差,计算出绝缘介质损失因素,提出一种便于工程实施的在线监测方法。采用分步测试,从理论上可以完全消除环境电磁干扰对在线监测的影响。实际运行情况表明,该方法易行,测量准确。

Abstract:The shortcomings of the present preventive tests for power equipment are analyzed in the area of the insulation monitoring of electrical apparatus with high voltage in traction substation. Based on the math-physical model of dielectric loss factor, a method for online monitoring of dielectric loss factor is presented. Dielectric loss is calculated through measuring the phase difference between the base voltage and leakage current, which is easy to be put into practice in project. Theoretically this new method can avoid electromagnetic environment interference in online monitoring with step-by-step detecting. According to practice, the method is practicable and accurate.
