摘    要:针对地铁通风空调系统的特点以及地面设置冷却塔存在的相关问题,提出在北京某地铁车站中采用一种新型的地铁通风空调系统——新型蒸发冷凝型冷媒直接膨胀式通风空调系统。介绍新系统的工作原理及布置方式,从土建投资、设备初投资及运行维护费用等方面进行全寿命周期技术经济分析。在投入运营后的空调季进行第三方的对比测试,检测结果显示,新系统的电冷源综合制冷性能系数SCOP达到5.51,远大于传统的螺杆式冷水机组的系统形式,在节能方面具有很大的潜力,在地铁车站冷源系统的应用方面具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:With the goal of identifying the characteristics of typical subway ventilation and air conditioning systems, and to solve related problems of the cooling tower on the ground, this research adopts a new type of subway ventilation and air conditioning system for a subway station in Beijing. This new system is termed a double-rotation evaporative-condensation- type direct-expansion ventilation and air-conditioning system. The working principles and layout of the system are introduced, and a life-cycle technical economic analysis is conducted that considers civil construction investment, equipment initial invest?ment, and operation and maintenance costs. A third-party comparison test was conducted during the seasons when the air-conditioning system needs to be used. The test results show that the energy efficiency ratio of the new system reached as high as 5.51, which is much higher than that of the traditional screw chiller system, thus indicating that the new system has great potential for saving energy. The new system has broad prospects in the application of cold source systems for subway stations.
