摘    要:地铁车辆段平面设计多方案比选是设计阶段的重要工作内容,合理确定车辆段平面布置最优方案至关重要。为了克服以往常用的以方案优缺点定性分析为主的技术经济比较法的不足,结合天津地铁7号线大寺车辆段平面设计案例,探讨应用价值工程理论对其进行综合性量化评价和比选的方法。通过对设计方案进行功能分析和功能评价,确定设计方案的功能值和成本值,计算得到方案的价值。应用价值工程方法能够量化反映地铁车辆段平面设计方案的综合价值,价值数值最大的方案即为最优方案。

Abstract:The comparison and selection of multiple schemes are important tasks in the design stage of the plane layout of a metro depot. It is very important to determine the optimal layout of a metro depot. To overcome the shortcomings of a technical and economic comparison method, which is mainly employed in a qualitative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of a scheme used in the past, combined with a plane design case of the Dasi depot of Tianjin Metro Line 7, this paper discusses the method for a comprehensive quantitative evaluation of the applied value engineering (VE). Through a functional analysis and functional evaluation of the design plan, the functional and cost values of the design plan are determined, and the value of the scheme is calculated. The results show that VE method can quantitatively reflect the comprehensive value of the plane design scheme of the metro depot. The scheme with the highest value is considered the best scheme.
