| 摘 要： | 当今社会已提前进入了“老龄化”,中老年人的健康生活已越来越受社会的关注。文章以南通市虹桥社区为例介绍了中老年人的体育锻炼现状,就在锻炼过程中存在的问题进行论述,并对今后中老年人体育锻炼活动在社区的良好开展提出了合理性建议。

| Abstract: | Since the society entered ＂the aging＂ period ahead of time, the middle-aged and old people＇s health has caught much more social attention. The article introduces middle-aged and old people＇s present physical training and states some related questions existing in the exercise, which is beneficial to the development of middle-aged and old people＇s physical training in community. |
