仿冲击压实机的试验研究

摘    要:为了探讨厚层压实技术,提高厚层压实的质量和效率,讨论了仿冲击压实的原理,应用专有技术设计和制造了试验样机,采用正交试验方法对样机性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:振幅比频率更明显地影响压实效果;在给定的参数下,样机产生了明显的冲击压实效应,适宜厚层压实,又保证了表层均匀性和平整度,实现了质量和效率的统一。

Abstract:In order to study thick compaction and enhance its quality and efficiency,the theory of impactlike compaction is analyzed and an impact-like prototype is made by using proprietary technology.Based on the orthogonal test,performance of prototype is verified.Results of experiment show that vibration amplitude has greater effect on compaction results than vibration frequency.With the given parameters,the prototype,suitable for thick layer compaction and ensure compaction uniformity and evenness,realized the unity of quality and efficiency.
