摘    要:离合器操纵机构作为汽车中操作离合器的执行机构,对整车的动力传递及NV性能有着重要的影响。针对轿车的绳索式和液压式离合器操纵机构进行了结构对比,作为结构选择的依据,介绍了2种机构的优缺点和适用范围;同时为尽量减少出现设计不良,重点说明了绳索式离合器操纵机构的设计关键,为企业提高自身的开发设计能力提供了宝贵经验。

Abstract:As the action mechanism of operating the clutch, the clutch operational mechanism is important for the power transfer and NV performance of the car. Comparing and contrasting the cable controlled clutch mechanism with the hydraulic controlled clutch mechanism, as the basis of construction selecting, the advantages and disadvantages, and the scope of application of two mechanisms is introduced. Meanwhile reduce the design limitation as possible. The cable controlled clutch mechanism's design key is emphasized. And it provides valuable experience for improving development and design ability
