| 摘 要： | 中国船舶工业经过20多年改革开放取得了令世人瞩目的成绩,但与世界先进造船国家相比,还存在多方面的差距。如何缩小差距,实现我国造船工业的跨越式发展,本文从破立的角度,通过对造船理念、技术、体制机制和管理创新的论述,确立发展先进的造船生产力必须走不断创新之路的论断。
