船舶主机气动操纵系统常见故障分析

摘    要:船舶主机气动操纵系统可靠工作与船舶安全操纵直接关联,作为轮机管理人员,熟悉船舶柴油机气动操纵系统的基本原理,熟练故障原因的分析方法,熟知常见故障的处理方法十分关键。文章以主机起动失败为例,分析了主机起动过程系统阀件的动作规律,画出了起动过程系统阀件关系框图,提出了故障查找的思路和方法,并结合船舶案例予以说明。

Abstract:The reliability of maneuvering air system is directly related to the ship’s safety operation,it is critical for marine engineers to familiar with the basic principles of maneuvering air system,with the trouble-shooting methods,and with the approaches of the common failures.The detailed starting process is analyzed,the block diagram of system valves is drawn,and troubleshooting methods and ideas is introduced in the article.Actual cases are also introduced as examples to illuminate the methods and ideas.
