| 摘 要： | 在航海英语大证考试中,提单和租约是船员普遍认为最难懂的内容之一。提单和租约有类似的表达程式和体例结构,也有在特殊语境下词汇和句法结构的特性。虽然它们在性质和内容上不同,但两者之间也存在着一定的联系。本文从易读度以及词汇和句法角度出发,以COSCO B/L以及GENCON94为例,对二者的文体特征进行了量化对比分析,意在加深读者对其内容和文体的认识,为顺利阅读和翻译打下基础。

| Abstract: | It is well known that Bill of lading and Charter Party are the most difficult articles in the English tests for seafarers’ Certificates of Competency.They share the similar style or sentence structures,but they are different both in their typical terms and construction features.They differ in contents but have certain relationship.This is to make a quantitative analysis between them in terms of readability,vocabulary and sentence structure,taking COSCO B/L and GENCON94 as example,aiming to deepen the readers’ knowledge thereon for the final purpose of smooth comprehension and translation. |
