健康中老年人心血管功能对试验性精神压力的反应

为研究健康中老年人在精神压力下心血管功能的变化 ,2 6名 46～ 71岁(男 1 2例 ,女 1 4例 )的健康中老年人 (无冠心病危险因素及病史 ,运动试验阴性 ,静息状态下超声检查 EF值、左室收缩及舒张末期容积正常 )接受设定的压力试验 ,观察其血压、心率、血压 -心率乘积、EF值、左室收缩及舒张末期容积的变化。结果 :接受精神压力后 ,血压、心率、血压 -心率乘积和左室收缩、舒张末期容积升高 ,而 EF值下降。 1 1 /2 6人 EF值下降 >5 % ,5 /2 6人 EF值下降 >8% ,3/2 6人出现局部室壁运动障碍。表明实验性精神压力导致健康中老年人交感神经张力增加 ,表现为血压、心率及血压 -心率乘积增加 ;但是 EF值下降。

THE CHANGE OF NORMAL MIDDLE-AGED AND OLDER PEOPLE′S CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION DURING MENTAL STRESS

Objective:This paper study the change of normal middle aged and older people's cardiovascular function during mental stress.Methods:It studied the effects of mental stress on 26 individuals 46 to 71 years (14 women,12 men) who had no coronary risk factors, no history of coronary artery diseases, a negative exercise test , and a normal ejection fraction. (EF) assessed by echocardiography at rest.Results:The blood pressure, heart beating rate, rate pressure product LVSDV and LVEDV increases during mental stress, while EF decreased,EF decreases >5% during mental stress in 11 individuals and >8% in 5;3 developed regional wall motion abnormalities.Conclusions:Mental stress in the laboratory results in a substantial sympathetic response in normal middel aged older people, characterized by increases in blood pressure, heart rate and pressure rate product, however, decreases in EF.These results provide essential reference data for studies of mental stress induced ischemia in patients with coronary artery diseases.
