盾构过空推段施工关键技术研究

摘    要:依托深圳地铁2号线东延线土建2222标侨香站—香蜜站区间过空推段施工,从千斤顶推力核算及地面灌浆浆液配比优化等方面介绍了矿山法初期支护与盾构管片之间空隙填充方式;通过设备改造、优化填料用量等方面改进了盾构过空推段施工工序;通过采用GFRP筋网喷早强混凝土,在满足施工安全的前提下,提高了盾构机进、出空推段的施工效率;通过计算盾构每环所发生的千斤顶行程差与偏转角,加强空推段盾构机的姿态控制,提高了成型隧道的质量。

Abstract:Using the shield passing through the built tunnel of the Qiaoxiang Station to Xiangmi Station section of the Shenzhen Metro Lot 2222 as an example,this paper introduces the method used to fill the gap between shield segments and primary support in terms of jack thrust checking and grout proportions optimization.The construction procedures of a shield passing through a built tunnel were improved by means of equipment reconstruction and filling dosage optimization.The GFRP early strength concrete was sprayed and the shield machine attitude was controlled with the help of jack stroke error and deflection angle calculations for each segment ring.
