| Abstract: | Through the combination between qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, the author researches the risk control factors and weights with expert analysis method and AHP. It has a certain sense to guide actual work to analysis the adverse impact on the follow-up construction and operation because of various uncertaintie factors from a technical point of view and draw relevant conclusions. |
