| 摘 要： | 针对我国目前的道路交通安全形势,分析了在道路交通安全管理中发展智能交通的必要性.阐述了ITS技术在欧美发达国家道路交通安全管理中的研究重点与发展现状.以此作为参考,分析了智能交通系统在我国道路交通安全管理中的研究与应用现状,从而揭示了ITS在我国道路交通安全管理中存在的问题与不足,并提出了解决相关的问题的措施与建议.
