摘    要:通过修改发动机多维CFD计算程序KIVA-3V,并与化学动力学程序CHEMKINⅢ相耦合,建立了异辛烷HCCI发动机燃烧过程的大涡模拟(LES)计算模型。利用此模型对异辛烷HCCI发动机的燃烧特性进行了详细分析。发动机以异辛烷为燃料,其化学反应采用了详细的动力学机理。结果表明:大涡模拟所得到的缸内压力变化趋势与试验基本吻合;采用LES模型计算时,缸内混合气燃烧区域以柱形向四周扩散,而采用k-ε模型计算时以球形向四周扩散。

Abstract:By improving KIVA-3V engine multi-dimensional CFD program and coupling with CHEMKIN Ⅲ chemical kinetics program,the large-eddy simulation(LES) model of combustion process for isooctane HCCI engine was built.With the model,the combustion characteristics of isooctane HCCI engine were analyzed in detail.The isooctane was used as fuel and its chemical reaction adopted detailed reaction mechanisms.The results show that the tendency of cylinder pressure,which is acquired through large-eddy simulation,coincides with the experimental result.With LES model,the combustion zone is diffused in the cylinder-shaped method.However,with the k-ε model,the combustion zone is diffused in the globe-shaped method.
