寒冷地区高速铁路路基上无砟轨道伸缩缝防渗水优化设计

摘    要:针对严寒地区路基段板式无砟轨道伸缩缝封闭不严及裂缝过大引起的渗水问题,通过对不同密封材料的对比,提出了采用新型聚氨酯密封胶的封堵方案,并介绍伸缩缝整修的施工工艺。实践证明,使用聚氨酯密封胶对无砟轨道伸缩缝进行整修,施工操作简便,防水效果较好。

Abstract:There are seepage problems at expansion joints of slab blasstless track in severe cold area,because the expansion joints were not tightly closed or the crack was too large.Based on the comparison among different sealing materials,the sealing scheme using new polyurethane sealant was put forward,and the construction technology of the expansion joint repair was introduced.It has been found that the use of polyurethane sealant for expansion joints repair is a method with simple construction and good waterproofing effect.
