成品油管道水力分析工况

摘    要:成品油管道由于顺序输送多种介质,且中间站下载量调整频繁,造成管道水力状况复杂多变。因此,根据规范要求,在设计时要对管道进行水力分析。鉴于引起不稳定流的工况众多,如果全部都进行分析,势必使工作量过大,降低设计效率。根据经验,对各种常见工况进行了分析,并推荐出不同管道条件下需要优先考虑模拟计算的工况。

Abstract:Since the product oil pipeline should transport many kinds of oil products,and delivery of the intermediate station changes frequently,the hydraulic condition becomes complicated and diversified.This paper should make a hydraulic analysis for a pipeline during designing according to standard.In view of the fact that causes of the non-steady flow operating mode is numerous,and if this paper carry on the analysis of all the cases,it will cause the work load to be oversized inevitably and reduce design efficiency.This paper according to the experience,has carried on the analysis to each kind of common operating mode,and recommends the primordial consideration simulation operating mode under the different pipeline condition.
