安哥拉客车转向架二系悬挂系统稳定性分析

摘    要:在通过不同半径曲线时,对安哥拉全钢弹簧客车转向架二系高圆钢弹簧两端加橡胶垫悬挂系统的橡胶垫和圆柱形螺旋压缩高圆钢弹簧的水平方向位移、刚度和强度进行分析。基于经典材料力学方法开发的分析程序,在规定的运用工况下,通过分析和计算橡胶垫的强度,4种车型的高圆钢弹簧的刚度和强度,二系悬挂系统的稳定性均满足设计要求。

Abstract:In this paper, we analyzed horizontal displacement, stiffness and strength in between both ends cylindrical spiral compression high round steel spring and its rubber pad of secondary suspension system in all steel spring passenger car for Angola when it is passing the different radius curve. The design requirements were all met in the strength of the rubber pad and the stiffness and the strength of four kinds of models of high round steel spring through the analysis and calculation. The results were obtained based on the classical material mechanics method and the provisions of the applying condition.
