摘    要:HXD1C型机车运用中发生主变流器TCU(Traction Control Unit)内的故障有多种因素引起。有机车设计结构性缺陷,有机车运用地理性环境温度与电子设备工作温度的双重影响,有机车长时间连续工作在高负荷区引起的超载超温的影响,也有机车网络通信障碍,有人为操作处置失当等因素,现对此类不良因素进行了揭示,并提出了相应的改进与预防措施。

Abstract:Fault of the main converter TCU in the HXolC locomotives have been caused by N elements, including structural defects of locomotive design, double effects of locomotive geographic environment temperature and electronic equipment working environment temperature, effects of overload and high temperature caused by longtime working under high load situation, communication fault of train network, operation fault of operators and so on. This paper reveals such adverse factors, and proposes the corresponding improve- ment and prevention measures.
