单片机控制的电力机车用蓄电池容量校核系统的研制

摘    要:针对蓄电池容量校核工作中存在的效率低下,精度不高等问题,提出了由单片机控制的电力机车用蓄电池容量校核系统,介绍该系统的主电路结构、控制电路原理和软件设计。该系统由恒流充电机、恒流放电机和蓄电池巡检电路等三部分组成,在80C196KB单片机控制下,系统按照规定程序,自动完成对蓄电池容量的检查工作。现场运行证明,该系统设计合理,功能完善,性能好,可靠性高。

Abstract:The battery capacity check system of electric locomotive controlled by single chip computer is proposed aiming at low efficiency and accuracy in the checking of battery capacity. Power circuit structure, control circuit principle and software design of the system is dealt with. The system is composed of constant current charger, constant current discharger and battery cycle checking circuit. It will, under the control by 80C196KB single chip computer, check automatically the battery capacity following preset procedures. Field operation indicates that the system features reasonable design, sound functions, good performance and high reliability.
