摘    要:21世纪是一个信息技术高速发展的时代,铁路货运也紧跟信息化建设的步伐,以提高在整个营销市场的竞争力和铁路货运企业的效益,同时降低各项工作花费的成本。然而,我国铁路货运开始进行信息化建设的时间比较晚,与此同时,我国铁路货运在发展的过程中,形成了一些相互独立、相对封闭的信息平台和应用信息系统,以至于出现了信息孤岛的现象,信息集成迫在眉睫。本文基于信息化建设、信息系统的升级与整合理论,以铁路货物运输作业流程为出发点,通过分析货运站的信息化建设现状及存在的问题,总结信息化建设的经验和教训,提出解决信息孤岛问题的关键:进行应用信息系统的升级与整合。

Abstract:The 21st century is the era of rapid development of information technology, railway freight also keeps up with the pace of informatization construction, in order to improve the competitiveness throughout the market and the benefits of the rail freight companies, at the same time to reduce the costs of the work it takes. However, China’s rail freight information construction time is relatively late, during the development of China’s rail freight, forms a number of independent of each other, relatively closed information platforms and application information systems, so that generates the phenomenon of information isolation, information integration is imminent. Based on the information construction, information systems’ upgrading and integration theory, taking the rail freight operating process as a starting point, through analyzing the status quo and the problems found in informatization construction of a freight station, the experiences and lessons were summarized in information construction. We thought that the keys to solving these problems were: to upgrade and integrate the information systems.
