关于轮胎式集装箱起重机“油改电”节能项目工程的可行性研究

摘    要:对集装箱堆场的轮胎式集装箱起重机进行"油改电"改造,是降低企业成本一项重要措施。分析了轮胎式集装箱起重机(RTG)目前所存在的不足及进行"油改电"项目实施的必要性,阐述了其原理、措施及方案。最后通过比较得出结论:低架刚体滑线方式和低架滑触线方式是轮胎式集装箱起重机"油改电"的理想方式。

Abstract:The reform of the rubber tyred container gantry crane (RTG) by electricity instead of oil is an important measure to reduce the enterprise's cost. This paper analyses the existing shortages of the RTG and the necessity of carying out the reforming project of electricity instead of oil ,states the principle,measure and plan of this project. At last it has got a conclusion that the low support rigid sliding line and low support sliding line are the ideal method for the electricity instead of oil project.
