摘    要:通过研究当前国内外主流混合动力系统的优缺点,在当前AMT/EMT并联式混合动力系统的基础上,提出一种带前二后二行星变速箱的并联式混合动力驱动系统(DTMDT):"发动机+弹性连接器+两挡行星箱+70kW驱动电机+两挡行星箱+驱动桥"。并对构型、参数设计、行驶工况、系统应用中需考虑的若干因素等进行了详细介绍。试验结果证明:该系统具备低成本、高节油率、适应各种复杂道路的性能。

Abstract:The advantages and disadvantages of mainstream hybrid system at home and abroad were studied. Based on AMT/EMT parallel hybrid system, a parallel hybrid drive system with two double- speed planetary transmissions was put forward: "engine + elastic connector + double-speed planetary transmission + 70 kW motor + double-speed planetary transmission + rear drive axle" (DTMDT). The detailed system structure, design of the system parameter, driving cycle and factors taken into consideration in the system application were introduced. The experimental results show the system has the features of low cost, high fuel efficiency and the adaptation of various kinds of complex roads.
