高速公路通信系统模糊综合评价研究

摘    要:针对高速公路通信系统多层次、多属性的特点,从物理性能、经济性和产品服务三方面建立了相应的评价指标体系,并提出了将层次分析法和模糊综合评判法结合起来评价高速公路通信系统方案的方法。该方法运用层次分析法确定各项指标的权重;运用模糊综合评判法计算出各方案的评判值;再结合加权综合算法,得到各方案的最终评判值,从而依据分值的大小确定系统的推荐方案。

Abstract:According to the multi-level and multi-attribute characteristics of expressway communica-tions system,the evaluation indices from the following three aspects are constructed: physical property,economy and product service,the method which integrate AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for evaluating the expressway communication system projects is proposed.In this method,the weighting coefficients of the indices are determined by AHP,the values of every project can be presented by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to define the recommending project in accordance with order of the values.
