| 摘 要： | 高职思政课作为工匠精神培育的主阵地,迫切需要展开以培育工匠精神为核心的教学改革,这既是时代的呼唤和提升高职院校软实力的内在要求,也是增强思政课实效性的有效途径和学生全面成才的现实需要。诚然,基于以培育工匠精神为核心的教学改革的开展并非一蹴而就,需要直面挑战,遵循以人为本、顶层设计、因材施教、永续发展的科学思路展开,并在实践中从教材开发、实践模式、工学结合、网络辅助、师资培养等多方面探索改革的具体路径。
