摘    要:为了保证自升式钻井平台正常运转,空调系统需要有相当高的可靠性。由于主尺度的限制,空调系统无法满足冷水机组或配电板间空调器的100%冗余。文章通过计算分析,提出了在原有系统配置下,当一套冷水机组或配电板间空调器发生故障时,通过改变新风量、排风量等操作手段,满足一定的舱室舒适度和设备的正常运行条件,最大限度避免空调设备故障带来的不利影响。

Abstract:Fairly high reliability is required for the central air conditioning system to ensure the normal operation of jack-up rigs. Owing to the limitation of main dimensions, there is insufficient space to arrange 100%redundancy for water chillers or AHUs of the switchboard room. This paper carries out calculations and analysis to propose that, in the case of failure of one set of water chillers or AHUs of switchboard room with the original system allocation, the negative inlfuence can be minimized by changing the supply and exhaust air rate to make sure that the cabin comfort is satisifed and the equipment operates normally.
