Process Analysis about Car Performance Testing on Roller Test Stand

The roller stand and brake tester, with the multifunctional high-efficient testing features, adopted performance testing line for the whole vehicle which can test of ABS performance, traditional brake performance, power transferring, speedometer checking, air conditioner, cruising, etc. This paper introduces the structure and test principle of the roller test stand and analyzes the testing items in details. Finally, a reasonable testing process is suggested and is adopbed in one factory of DFM, which works efficiently.
