| 摘 要： | 本文从移动通信系统中所关注的掉话率和接通率出发,阐述了移动通信中网络优化的过程及其重要性,介绍了网络优化的概念和流程,并列举了网络优化常用的几种手段,以辽宁省朝阳市的GSM网络为例介绍了降低系统掉话率和提高系统接通率的若干措施,并从网络优化角度提出有助问题解决的观点和看法,以提高网络的通信质量。

| Abstract: | This paper is mainly about the rate of mobile communication drops and its connections. Process of mobile communication is introduced and several kinds of mobile communication technology are initiated. The work sampled as the workstation of Chaoy-ang city, analysis of the GSM network optimization and some experience of network optimization are also defined here. |
