港口节能降耗新技术研究与实践

摘    要:国民经济快速增长与资源瓶颈矛盾日益突出。建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会已经成为国家重要发展战略之一。上港集团利用各种先进的节能降耗技术,结合有效的管理,持续不断的开展节能创新工作,优化作业流程,提高作业效率,降低运营成本。本文详细介绍上海港节能降耗的新技术研究与实践,包括:RTG油改电,混合动力RTG,RTG轮胎翻新、门机变频改造,及高杆节能灯。

Abstract:The contradiction between rapid development of national economy and bottleneck of resources becomes more and more severe.Building up a society of resource-saving and favorable environment has become one of the important developing strategies of the country.By taking the advantages of various advanced techniques of energy-saving and consumption-reducing and combining with effective management,SIPG continually launches movements for energy conservation and creation,optimizes operation process,raises operation efficiency,and cuts down operation cost.This paper introduces in detail the researches and practices of the new techniques for conserving energy and reducing consumption in Shanghai Port,including electricity superseding oil RTG,hybrid-power RTG,RTG tyre retreading,frequency conversion of gantry crane,and energy-saving head-over light.
