| Abstract: | This paper introduces some experiences in disposing necessary equipment in Yangshan Port District of shanghai Port,such as during the disposing process,trying their best to optimizing the equipment disposing plan,and strivingt the first class of technology in the world;during the equipment choice process,consisting on technical innovation and persuing reasonable,high efficiency and low consumpting;in administration of the project,persisting in operation in normal way,ensuring the equipments' quality and put into running on schedule etc.. |
