| 摘 要： | 介绍了用HyperMesh进行有限元分析的流程,讨论了前处理中应注意的几个问题,并以某公司汽车驾驶室行驶记录仪与收放机固定支架为研究对象,利用HyperMesh建立其有限元分析模型,分析了该汽车驾驶室行驶记录仪与收放机固定支架的刚度和强度,验证行驶记录仪与收放机安装固定方式能否满足强度要求,同时也为结构的改进设计提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the finite element analysis method of HyperMesh software,discusses several problems of FEM modeling,set up the analysis model of automobile data recorder and radio recorder,analyzes the intensity and rigidity of its regular bracket,verifies the regular installation way is rational,which supplies important model parameter and foundation in theory for the design improvement. |
