摘    要:提出了一种新的动态精确测量喷孔流量系数的方法,消除了针阀开启与关闭过程对流量系数计算的影响,通过试验与计算手段得到了喷孔在不同喷射条件下的流量系数,并分析了不同喷射条件的影响及原因。利用单次喷射仪测量了在不同喷油压力和不同喷油持续期条件下的柴油喷油量,绘制了等喷油量曲线,可为后续研究提供参考。

Abstract:A new accurate measurement method of nozzle flow coefficient was put forward,which avoided the influence of needle opening and closing on flow coefficient calculation.By the experiment and calculation,the nozzle flow coefficients under different injection conditions were acquired and the influence and reason under different injection conditions were analyzed.With the single injection device,the injection quantity under different injection pressures and injection durations was measured and the fuel injection contour was drawn,which provided the reference for the further research.
