| 摘 要： | 随着经济快速发展,水上水下施工作业越来越多,对通航环境的影响也日益加剧,如何规范施工作业,维护通航安全,保护通航环境资源越来越引起主管机关的重视。本文就舟山马岙海事处(筹)辖区施工作业实际情况进行分析,从而就规范施工作业提出管理性建议。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of economy,more and more surface and underwater construction works are being implemented,the effects on navigation environmental are on the increase.The related authorities have noticed the problems as to how to standardize the construction work,maintain navigation safety,and protect the resources of navigation environment.The paper analyzes the actual construction works of Maao in ZhouShan,and then puts forward suggestions to standardize the works. |
