摘    要:实验已证明,大强度运动后服用维生素E可提高体内的抗氧化酶的活性,有效地清除运动过程中产生的过量自由基,有助于促进疲劳的消除和身体机能的恢复.为了探索无氧训练前服用维生素E对篮球运动员对血浆MDA水平和SOD活性的影响,选取20名某男子篮球队队员,随机分为两组,每组10名,进行试验训练后,测定血浆MDA浓度和SOD活性....
