| 摘 要： | 文中从《国际海运危险货物规则》36-12套修正案新增条款5.4.1.5.15入手,通过比较公约要求和目前我国烟花类货物水路运输相关立法、履约现状,分析存在问题,提出《国际海运危险货物规则》36-12套修案新增条款5.4.1.5.15的国内履约合理化建议。
