| 摘 要： | 以球面板成型为例,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元方法对板材进行动态显式分析计算成型,然后进行静态隐式分析计算回弹,通过在不同的板厚情况下进行模拟研究,通过对比分析,揭示成型效果与板厚之间的内在关系。

| Abstract: | Two methods were investigated to simulate multi-point bending and subsequently spring back processes by using of ANSYS/LS-DYNA.One is the dynamic explicit method and the other is static implicit method.The inner relationship between the thickness of sheet metal and forming results of bending was revealed by the simulation study. |
