基于GTM的抗滑表层混合料设计

摘    要:用技术性能作为评价依据,以旋转试验机(GTM)为手段,研究了不同性质的原材料、不同级配的抗滑型沥青混合料的性能和施工技术。结果表明:用GTM可以进行级配和配合比优化,优化设计出的抗滑型混合料的综合技术性能优于SMA;用GTM设计出的抗滑型混合料更易压实,可将压实度标准提高1%~2%;体积参数不宜作为配合比设计的控制性指标,提出的新的级配范围以及配合比优化方法可使抗滑表层具有优良的抗滑、抗车辙和抗水损坏性能。

Abstract:Using road-related performance as an evaluation criterion, different kinds of materials and gradation anti-slide asphalt mixtures were studied by means of gyratory test machine(GTM).It is found that GTM method can optimize gradation and mixture ratio;the anti-slide mixture designed by GTM is better than the SMA on road performance;the anti-slide mixture designed with GTM method can be compacted more easily and its density can be enhanced 1%~2%;volume parameter can't be applied for key criterion of mixture ratio design.The high performance of anti-slide surface layer mixtures on anti-slide,anti-rut and water damage resistance can be obtained by using new gradation range and optimization method of mixture ratio design.
