含油量对油底壳固有频率的影响研究

摘    要:建立了流—固耦合分析有限元运动学方程。以6132柴油机为具体实例,利用流—固耦合分析有限元法,对含有1/4,1/2和3/4机油油量的油底壳进行了动态特性计算和对比分析,发现机油的存在使得油底壳的模态频率大幅下降,振型也发生了较大变化。

Abstract:The kinematical equation of the fluid-structure coupled FEM is presented in this paper.Take the 6132 diesel engine as an example, the dynamic characteristics of the oil pan with 1/4,1/2,3/4 lubricating oil of that diesel engine were calculated by applying fluid-structure coupled FEM,and the modal results were Compared and analyzed.It is discovered that the existence of lubricating oil affects the oil pan's modes to such extent that the mode frequency decreases dramatically and great change in modes shape appears.
