| 摘 要： | 介绍了2300XP型电铲的工作过程，故障原因，提出了解决方案，即将挖掘机（电铲）推压限位装置由蜗轮蜗杆结构硬连接传动改为钢丝软传动，使用绝对值编码器检测斗杆位置，并采用S7—300系列PLC进行控制，实现了推压限位装置的数字化改进。

| Abstract: | This paper presents the work process and malfunction reason of the 2300 XP type electric shovel.It gives resolve solution which using steel wire flexible-connected drive exchanges hard-connected drive by worm and gear for the crowd limit equipment of excavator.Using the absolute encoder to measure the position of dipper handle,and controlling with PLC of Siemens series S7-300,it improves the crowd limit equipment's digitizes. |
