船闸人字门高位顶门固门工装优化

船闸人字门高位顶落门施工须安装固门工装,而传统的固门工装安装复杂、安全性较差。针对现有的固门情况及缺陷,设计研究了三峡、葛洲坝船闸人字门顶落门新型固门工装,并用于工程实践。优化后的固门工装安装简单、安全可靠,有效节约了施工时间和空间、降低了施工成本。根据应用情况提出今后进一步的优化思路。

Optimization of fixture of ship lock miter gate for lifting miter gate in high position

The construction of the ship lock lifting miter gate in high position needs to install fixture of miter gate,and the traditional installation of fixture is complex and the security is poor.In terms of the existing conditions and defects of the fixture,we carried out the design study of the new fixture of the lifting miter gate for the Three Gorges ship lock and Gezhou ship lock,and applied it to the engineering practice.The installation of the optimized fixture of miter gate is simple,safe and reliable,and can effectively save construction time and space,reduce construction cost,and propose the further optimization ideas according to the application situation.
