潜孔钻机智能防卡系统的研究

摘    要:对潜孔钻机卡钻机理进行了探讨,为提高潜孔钻机的防卡钻能力,提出了一种能对卡钻事故和卡钻类别进行判别,并能自动处理卡钻和恢复正常钻进的智能防卡系统。该系统能大大提高潜孔钻机对卡钻判别的准确性和处理的快速性。

Abstract:The rock-drilling jamming mechanism of down-the-hole drill is discussed. In order to improve the anti-jamming ability of down-the-hole drill, an intelligent anti-jamming system is put forward, which can distinguish jamming types, automatically deal with the jamming accident and come back to normal drilling. The accuracy of distinguish jamming types and the speed of handling jamming of this system have improved a lot.
