摘    要:水下航行器海水泵在工作时会产生强烈的振动并通过管路传递到航行器壳体。过大的振动不仅会影响航行器的正常工作,也会降低航行器的隐身性。为降低海水泵振动向壳体的传递,设计由芳纶纤维编织的氢化丁腈橡胶制成的新型橡胶软管。在不同系统运行工况条件下,将刚性管路和该橡胶软管进行试验对比。结果表明,新设计的橡胶软管具有良好的减振隔振性能。与刚性管路相比,该橡胶软管可以明显衰减海水泵向壳体的振动传递,具有较好的工程应用前景。

Abstract:The vibration which is generated by the sea water pump of underwater vehicle during operation is transmitted to the housing through the pipeline.Strong vibration not only influences the normal work of underwater vehicle,but also reduces the stealth performance.In order to reduce the vibration transmission generated by the sea water pump,a new kind of hose made of hydrogenated nitrile rubber was designed and produced.The vibration reduction effect of the new hose and rigid pipe were compared under different system operating condition,the test result shows that:the new hose owns good vibration damping performance.Compared with the rigid pipe,the rubber pipe can effective attenuation the vibration transmission to the housing and has good engineering application prospects.
