摘    要:升降系统是LIFTBOAT重要的组成部分,其性能直接影响到平台的安全及使用效果。变频驱动升降系统结构复杂,驱动电机多,需要多个变频器同时工作并协调控制来满足平台平稳、精确、可靠的升降并长期安全有效运行。本文基于广新海事重工股份有限公司建造的GS14186 LIFTBOAT项目(以下简称LIFTBOAT),对变频驱动升降控制系统的设计及其技术特点进行分析探讨,具有一定的借鉴、指导意义。

Abstract:The jacking control system is the most important constituent part for LIFTBOAT, its performance affect the safety and efficiency directly. The variable frequency drive system is complex. It consists of many electric motors, multiple frequency transformers working together and coordinated, to fulfill the LIFTBOAT work steady, accurately and reliably. In this paper, based on the GS14186 LIFTBOAT built by GSHI yard, it is useful and helpful to study and analysis the design and technical characteristic of the variable frequency drive jacking control system.
