| 摘 要： | 文中阐述了我国海事系统油指纹库建设现状及油指纹库的作用,结合油指纹库在溢油污染事故调查处理的应用,对当前海事系统的油指纹库建设存在的主要问题和不足进行了简单分析,并针对性地提出几点建议。
