摘    要:为获得一种较优的色散管理(DM)方案,通过数值模拟研究了40Gb/s长距离多周期后补偿DM系统中补偿长度优化问题.结果表明:脉冲宽度随传输距离呈一定规律性变化;长距离多周期系统中的最优补偿长度小于单周期系统中的最大压缩补偿长度;最优补偿长度随脉冲峰值功率的提高而提高.

Abstract:To obtain an optimum dispersion management (DM ) scheme for 40 Gb/s long-haul multi-period postcompensation systems, compensation lengths were studied by simulation. The results show that the pulse width is inerratic along the long fiber, the optimum length for a long-haul multi-period system is shorter than the maximum compressed compensation length for a single-period system, and the optimum length is lengthened as an increase in the peak power of the pulses.
