| 摘 要： | 介绍航标遥测遥控系统的总体架构及功能组成,系统由灯器数据采集终端、GSM公网通信、监控中心、监控客户端等组成,该系统可使航标信息按指定格式集中汇总在该航标中心的数据库中,并自动生成航标管理部门及主管部门所需的各类报表及资料,通过计算机网络传送至指定地点或进行打印输出,使航运主管部门及时掌握航运信息,避免事故发生。

| Abstract: | The general structure and functions of the remote metering and control system were introduced briefly,which is composed of the light data collection terminal,the GSM public net correspondence,the supervision center of terminal and the supervision customer terminal etc.The system can store the information datum of navigational aids in database of the navigational aids center,generate the report forms or files needed by the administration departments,send to the assigned offices by computer networks in order for the shipping administration departments to keep abreast of the shipping information avoiding the accidents. |
